About Heteroptera of Gerede District and Contributions to Heteroptera Fauna of Bolu Province

Abstract: ABSTRACT: The study conducted so far on the order Heteroptera in Gerede district (Bolu province) belongs to Hoberlandt (1955) and she recorded 23 species belonging to 11 families belonging to the order Heteroptera from Gerede district of Bolu province. In this study conducted in 2016 and 2017, 56 species belonging to 44 genera belonging to 12 families were collected from the Gerede district (Bolu province), only two of which were recorded by Hoberland (1955), and 54 species were recorded for the first time in the study area. With this study, the total number of species identified from Gerede increased to 75, and the number of species for Bolu province increased to 169 belonging to 21 families.
