Abstract: Six highly intertwined action areas have been identified to enable the transition to a resilient food system in the North of England. Public food procurement has been identified as one of these action areas alongside Workforce, Agroecology, Genetic Diversity, Processing/Distribution/Logistics and Land Access. This report examines the role public procurement in more detail.
