Abstract: Digitalization is revolutionizing agriculture by turning it into a high-tech sector, where large amounts of big data are processed from various sensors, agricultural machinery, weather stations, satellites, and other systems. Analytical processing of these arrays allows for the acquisition of previously inaccessible information, finding patterns that can improve agricultural production management, agribusiness work, and communication with consumers. The "digital agro-industrial complex" consists of information from sensors, mathematical models for analyzing production and marketing processes, and software aimed at substantiating recommendations for improving crop production technologies. Modern methods of information processing in developing sound management decisions for agricultural specialists are based on the analysis of multiple factors affecting production efficiency and their integration with various intelligent IT applications that process data in real time. The usefulness of recommendations increases with the growth of users connected to a single network and exchanging data through cloud services for managing agricultural enterprises. Large agricultural enterprises, based on the use of Internet of Things technologies, robots, processing of large agricultural data using innovative software, and organizing the transfer of achievements of advanced foreign practices, can be the first to master automated control systems. Medium-sized agricultural enterprises that are actively introducing new technologies are also promising for the use of AIoT solutions in agricultural production. Digital planning involves a rational construction of a management system designed to eliminate the negative impact of the human factor associated with limited knowledge, decreased motivation for activity, and responsibility of specialists on the results of production management.
