Abstract: This dataset contains the supplementary tables for the manuscript “Fetal Bovine Serum Supplementation Enhances Functional Consistency of IGRA Results in Bovine Tuberculosis Diagnostics”. Table S1 presents individual IFN-γ optical density (OD) responses to Bovis- and mitogen-stimulated conditions in 91 cattle under three experimental conditions: Day 0 (fresh samples), FBS X (stored for 3 days without fetal bovine serum supplementation), and FBS O (stored for 3 days with 10% fetal bovine serum supplementation). Immune recovery patterns are also classified for each animal. Table S2 summarizes the diagnostic performance of the interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) under different storage conditions, including sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV), using Day 0 results as the reference standard. These supplementary tables provide detailed raw data and performance metrics supporting the findings reported in the associated manuscript.
