Abstract: The T.A.O. Onto-Harmonic Fractal Theory is a falsifiable four-dimensional frameworkfor quantum gravity, characterized by a fractal spacetime with dimensionD ≈ 1.4, holistic integration of physical phenomena, and experimental testability.It comprises three pillars—Holographic Torsion (TTS), Quantum Encoding(SQS-Z), and Cosmic Signal Detection (AED)—unified by the SQS-Z crystal, agraphene-diamond structure vibrating at 137 Hz. T.A.O. encodes information ina fractal-holographic volume, distinct from bidimensional holographic paradigms.This paper details its theoretical foundations, experimental predictions, and informationencoding, supported by schematic illustrations and quantitative comparisonswith existing theories.
