A Literal-Symbolic System for Observer-Embedded Momentum Structure (LSMT_1)

Abstract: This paper introduces a symbolic-computational framework underlying a market behavior analytic framework/theory of Stochastic Momentum Tangents (SMT), with a particular focus on its semantic and syntactic aspects of the observer-theoretic part of the model. We propose that SMT inherently contains a literal-symbolic modeling topology, or LSMT, which captures the recursive interaction between market observers and the structures they perceive. This document describes a formal specification of LSMT$_1$, a basic conceptual outline of the observer-side mechanics of SMT's semiotic architecture.
