Abstract: This repository contains all the necessary files to run the simulations presented in the study on two minimal-variable symplectic integrators for stochastic spin systems (click here for the journal article in Physical Review E). - The file run_r3_spinsystem.py contains certain pre-specified test cases. Generated data are automatically stored in pre-named directories. - Generating the data for the convergence test is done by running run_convergence_test.py. - All visualization occurs in visualize_results.py.
