Abstract: In this article, in order to achieve high results in sports today, the organization and effective management of specialized sports organizations from each sport is important to achieve good results. Creation of specialized sports schools with the necessary modern material and technical base and selection of qualified trainers for conducting physical education and sports training, organization of training and training process for sports reserve and highly skilled athletes in sports reach. Development of cooperation with various sports organizations and federations on issues of experience exchange, improvement of sports skills of student-athletes, as well as professional qualifications of trainers and other specialists in sports, physical education and sports among the country's youth, health popularizing the lom lifestyle.
