Abstract: This study examined the impact of the key components of the School-Based Feeding Improvement Program (SBFIP) on its overall effectiveness in selected public schools in San Isidro District, Davao del Norte. Specifically, it assessed the extent of implementation of therapeutic feeding methods, therapeutic strategies, and behavioral management, and their influence on behavioral changes and satisfaction levels among learners. Utilizing a descriptive-comparative research design, data were gathered from 133 respondents through a structured Likert-type survey and analyzed using One-Way ANOVA. Results revealed that all components were implemented extensively, with behavioral management receiving the highest mean rating. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the SBFIP, as measured by behavioral outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction, was also rated as extensive. ANOVA results showed statistically significant differences in program effectiveness across varying implementation levels of each component, with behavioral management yielding the highest effect size. Post hoc analyses confirmed significant pairwise differences between low, moderate, and high implementation levels. These findings suggest that the integrated application of feeding, instructional, and behavioral components significantly enhances the success of School-Based Feeding Programs. The study recommends sustaining high-quality implementation, institutionalizing behavioral frameworks, and strengthening stakeholder engagement to promote program sustainability and learner well-being.
