Abstract: This paper formulates consciousness as a rhythmic topology within the filtrational framework of Possest–PQF. It rejects the notion of fixed mental states in favor of bifurcating fields of tension. Using δ∗ and Recursio Intensitatis, the work describes cognition as a pulse of access – neither representational nor emergent, but rhythmically reorganized.
