This study critically re-evaluates the Simulation Hypothesis by introducing the ψ–Hamzah theoretical framework, which offers rigorous mathematical proof that reality is fundamentally generated by the observer via entropic consciousness fields. Employing fractional calculus and self-organizing ψ–fields with fractal topology, we demonstrate that the observer’s cognitive dynamics sculpt both spacetime and physical law. Consequently, the notion of a universe as a passive digital simulation becomes untenable. Numerical simulations reinforce the primacy of ψ–fields in producing emergent structures, thereby superseding classical computational universe paradigms.
