Abstract: ABSTRACT BACKGROUND OF STUDY: A road traffic accident (RTA) is an occurrence of an accident in the open public, resulting in individuals being injured or killed or affected and involving at least one moving vehicle, the most severe public health problem in the world, mainly a developing country. According to WHO, every day, more than 3000 people die from road traffic accident. Developing countries account for 90% of the global road traffic deaths. Road traffic accidents are a critical public health problem that causes disabilities and death in SOMALIA, which could need due investigations.
