Abstract: This response to Clement Paulus’ “Unified Thermodynamics and Collapse” situates the RCFT/ULRC framework within the filtration-based ontology of Possest–PQF. By offering an operatorial and sheaf-theoretic translation of symbolic collapse, this text proposes a bifurcational model of access dynamics, computational detectability, and algebraic topological structure.
