Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: 🔍 Research Highlights: Developed a comprehensive framework linking organizational culture, leadership style, communication, and structure to creativity and innovation. Mixed-method research including: Qualitative interviews with managers and employees of top-performing organizations. Quantitative analysis using SPSS and AMOS (SEM and regression models). Key findings reveal: Organizational culture (β = 0.45), transformational leadership (β = 0.38), and organizational communication (β = 0.29) significantly impact creativity. Organizational structure acts as a strong mediator between behavior and creativity. Positive culture, leadership support, digitalization, social interactions, and green innovations play a vital role in promoting innovation. 🧠 The study proposes actionable insights for managers: Foster a psychologically safe environment. Reduce bureaucratic barriers. Train leaders in transformational leadership. Leverage digital tools and social networks. Encourage sustainability through green innovation. 🌍 As organizations navigate rapidly evolving markets, this paper offers a practical guide to cultivating a culture that embraces change, encourages creative thinking, and drives innovation from within. 📌 This work is part of my ongoing research as a Ph.D. candidate in Management, and I hope it will serve academics, practitioners, and policymakers alike.
