Revolutionizing Renewable Energy Networks through Blockchain and AI-Driven Demand Forecasting
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: The transition to renewable energy is essential for achieving a sustainable future, but the decentralized and intermittent nature of renewable resources poses significant challenges for energy management. This paper introduces a novel framework that leverages blockchain technology to enable secure and transparent energy trading while employing artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for demand forecasting. By integrating blockchain with a deep learning-based forecasting model, we aim to optimize energy distribution, reduce grid inefficiencies, and ensure a stable power supply. Our simulations on real-world renewable energy datasets demonstrate significant improvements in predictive accuracy and system reliability compared to conventional energy management solutions.
