Abstract: The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of cultural diplomacy activities conducted by foreign cultural centers in managing their national image and influencing public attitudes towards the countries these centers represent. It focused on identifying which activities were most effective in creating a positive image within the local community, using a four-dimensional model of national image (aesthetic, functional, normative) to assess their impact on behavior.A survey was conducted among 400 frequent visitors to various foreign cultural centers, including the Korean Cultural Center, Goethe-Institute, French Institute, British Council, Russian Cultural Center, Turkish Cultural Center, Confucius Institute, and American Cultural Center. The findings revealed that cultural diplomacy activities positively influenced visitors' perceptions, enhancing the countries' images in terms of strength, economy, scientific advancement, history, civilization, natural beauty, cleanliness, and social sophistication. These activities also increased visitors' knowledge about the foreign countries and their desire to travel there for study or work. The study found that more frequent visits to these centers led to better evaluations of their activities and improved perceptions of their aesthetic, cultural, functional, and normative dimensions. Activities such as cinematic presentations, culinary arts, theatrical and musical events, and language courses were particularly effective in enhancing the countries' images. Additionally, scholarships and cultural exchange programs promoted understanding and supported peaceful coexistence and human rights. The study also highlighted the positive impact of the centers' performance on Facebook, attributed to regular event postings, effective audience engagement, and content showcasing the country's culture, history, and tourist attractions.
