GroundTruthTrainingDataset6EmbZhaoLab.zip contains 6 time-lapse embryos which consist of 1270 3D volumes for the recommended well-trained model. RawImages2EmbDuLab.zip and GroundTruthTrainingDataset3EmbDuLab.zip are generated (stacked and cropped) from https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S221112471831982X and https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-021-01216-1 for evaluating the generalization of DELICATE. EnhancedImages2EmbDuLab.zip is the enhanced result of the raw images without deconvolution, and additional test.
