Abstract: We prove the existence, multiplicity, and bifurcation of solutions with prescribed energy for a broad class of scaled problems by introducing a suitable notion of scaling based Nehari manifold. Applications are given to Schr\"{o}dinger--Poisson--Slater type equations.
