Abstract: The temperature in vaginae of normal and morbid women were measured， and signi丘cances of this measurement are as follows：一 (1)The average temperature in vagilla was 37．5 degree C， apProximately one degree higher tban the axilla temperature． (2)The temperature curve exhibits a characteristic course during the ovarian cycle， with aslight fall in the interval phase． (3)In patients with hypoplastic uteri， the temperature was slightly lower than the normal wor【1en． (4)The rise of the temperature is exhibited by injections of sexual hormones and irradiations of radiothermy， and in the other hand， the fall is owing to the X-ray irradiation on cancers or／and myomas of uteri． 1．緒 体温調節の中枢は糸状体又は視丘下部の灰白隆起の 附近に在りと説かれ，
