Optimization of Bone Regeneration With Reparative Osteogenesis of the Long Bones

Abstract: The paper submits the results of the action of a fetal xenogenic lyophilized cell culture and autologous bone marrow cells used separately and in combination with demineralized bone material on the process of regeneration of the osseous tissue in the long bones. These morphoinductive biological agents have been used for the treatment of aseptic delayed unions and false joints of the long bones in 68 patients with satisfactory results.
