Abstract: Since its launch in November of 2022 ChatGPT has broken records in adoption rates for new technology and captured the imagination of both professional and amateur users.I conducted a study with an MBA class, integrating ChatGPT into case study analysis as both a research tool and a collaborative group participant.Students examined cases focused on prominent tech companies, including Netflix, Amazon, Meta, and Google, utilizing ChatGPT in support of their submissions.The AI was incorporated into classroom group activities as a virtual "member," stimulating collaborative discussions.This setup represented a deliberate effort to assess how AI could enrich the educational experience both in individual and group case projects.
