Abstract: The article discusses the terms and approaches to the definition of "pedagogical digital competence." New requirements for pedagogical skills and competencies of teachers in the field of ICT are disclosed. It is indicated that pedagogical digital competence refers to knowledge, skills and relationships, as well as technology, learning theory, subject, context and process of learning, as well as the interaction between them.
