On the computation of the user's cost of capital in the presence of adjustments costs

Abstract: This note derives the modified formula for the users cost of capital for a firm in a dynamic environment induced by the presence of adjustment costs. The formula in this note is exact in that it is derived from the disoret rather than continuous time specification of the economic problem of the firm.
