The values of grain yield of the Karacadağ cultivar was 4816 kg ha-1 and 4179 kg ha-1 in conventional and organic conditions while the values of grain yield of the Osmancık-97 cultivar was 3784 kg ha-1 and 3234 kg ha-1 in conventional and organic conditions, respectively. The local variety Karacadağ gave the best results for all the traits tested. Economically, organic Karacadağ application was regarded to be the most profitable method with a net profit of 3761 TL ha-1.
