Abstract: The article deals with the problem of cyber bullying as aggressive behaviour on the Internet. Virtual communication in the social networks often include elements of destructive activity that manifests itself in insults and direct threats. In order to prevent this negative phenomenon, cyber bullying needs to be thoroughly studied by experts of different spheres. The authors of the article made an attempt to investigate cyber bullying from the linguistic point of view and to point out some peculiarities of it verbal representation.
