Abstract: This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurship and human resources management in small ventures through knowledge management and skills in terms of how these competencies affect the venture performance due the scarcity of studies focused on the smallest entrepreneurial organizations. Using 62 respondents derived from a mix of micro and small ventures to test the hypotheses, this study used the multiple regression statistical analysis with the software SPSS. This study advances the calls of scholars to examine the relationship between both fields. The findings of this research are as follows: First, entrepreneurship and human resources management are positively associated in terms of knowledge management of venture performances. Second, the types of skills required by entrepreneurs, i.e., technical, business, entrepreneurial, and personal are not associated with human resources management-entrepreneurship related to the small venture's performance. Hence, the proposed model has demonstrated the relationship between the variables related to the topic of this paper. This study can assist the practitioners in small venture in intending and realizing better human resources management actions.
