Abstract: Written in 2015 (the volume emerging in 2019) this is my first published paper on the topic of cosmopsychism. Please read this paper for the argument that it offers against cosmopsychism not for the metaphysical 'Advaitic' section which is a rudimentary blueprint developed in far more detail in later papers such as my 2019 'Perennial Idealism: A Mystical Solution to the Mind-Body Problem', 'Panpsychism and the Inner-outer Gap Problem' (2022) and 'Is Universal Consciousness fit for Ground' (2024).
