Estrategias innovadoras para el proceso de enseñanza- aprendizaje de la Educación Física

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The teaching of Physical Education in Ecuadorian institutions is based on behaviorist and traditionalist models that focus on students memorizing knowledge rather than developing social and emotional skills, thereby limiting active-participatory education. The objective of this article was to analyze innovative strategies for the teaching-learning process of Physical Education. The methodology applied was a systematic review using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol, based on a critical analysis of bibliographic sources primarily published between 2019 and 2024. Articles in Spanish and English were selected from databases such as Latindex, Redalyc, Dialnet, and SciELO. As a result, a document was developed analyzing innovative strategies that can be used in Physical Education classes in Ecuadorian institutions, providing a resource for improving teacher training in this field. The conclusions highlight that innovation in Physical Education in Ecuador is crucial for achieving meaningful learning, as strategies such as collaborative learning and the use of ICT increase motivation, develop social skills, and adapt to student diversity.
