Abstract: This publication presents datasets of time-series data collected from HouseZero® over a 12-month period, from June 2024 to May 2025. The dataset is structured into three primary categories: Outdoor Sensors, Indoor Sensors, and System Sensors, with data captured from 190 sensors at one-minute intervals.Folder Structure:Data Report: The folder contains a comprehensive data report detailing sensors availability and location, data integrity overview and missing data analysis. Additionally, the report includes precise records of missing data intervals for each individual sensor with explicit start and end timestamps for identified gaps.Full Year Data: Data collected from all sensors is consolidated and stored in a SQLite-compatible database extension file.Indoor Sensors: Data from indoor sensors include zone air temperature, zone slab temperature, relative humidity, and CO2 concentration data.Outdoor Sensors: Data from outdoor sensors include local weather, solar radiation, and façade temperature data.System Sensors: Data from system sensors include BTU TABS, BTU Geowell, loads, window opening, and zone valves operational status data.
