Abstract: This presentation was prepared for the VI State Congress of Clinical Laboratory Professionals and EXPOLAB 2025, during the conference “Molecular Biology in Undergraduate Programs: Challenges and Opportunities”. The work introduces TKitOC PRO v8+, an interactive modular system that integrates key bioinformatics and computational chemistry workflows into a single environment, optimized for university education and in silico research. Functions include: sequence processing (DNA→RNA→protein), domain and ORF analysis, oligonucleotide design and validation, BLAST searches, structural prediction with AlphaFold/ColabFold, molecular docking (SwissDock + PoseView), and molecular property calculations with RDKit. Conclusion: TKitOC PRO v8+ reduces operational complexity, enhances practical teaching in molecular biology, and provides a unified and stable workflow for academic research.
