Abstract: This paper, based on theories related to organizational learning, analyzes the synergistic effects of college student entrepreneurship education and summarizes the findings. On this basis, it proposes policy recommendations for optimizing college student entrepreneurship education in China. These recommendations include coordinating the overall planning of the entrepreneurship education system, improving support policies, shaping and cultivating entrepreneurial awareness among students, strengthening supporting mechanisms, and refining the curriculum design of entrepreneurship education.
