Abstract: This review provides a comprehensive analysis of the current landscape of PRS in clinical practice, identifying critical ethical, communicative, and practical issues that must be addressed to harness their full potential. It calls for a concerted effort from researchers, clinicians, and policymakers to ensure that PRS is used responsibly and equitably, ultimately enhancing its role in precision medicine and public health.
