Abstract: (1.2) Cantonopsathyra malayana (S.M.L. Lee & Voto) Kun L. Yang, Jia Y. Lin & Zhu L. Yang, comb. nov. Registration identifier:— FN572407 Basionym:— Lacrymaria malayana S.M.L. Lee & Voto, in Voto, Rivista Micologica Romana 110(2): 90 (2020) (note that Lacrymaria Pat. is an illegitimate name; ≡ (Nom. inval.) Psathyrella malayana Corner, Gardens Bulletin Singapore 45(2): 339 (1994)). Notes:— This species is described from Singapore, recombined into Cantonopsathyra due to its morphological similarity with Cn. serendipita (Corner 1994, Voto 2020). However, this species still differs from Cn. serendipita by larger basidiomata, larger basidiospores without myxosporial wrinkling, and the absence of pleurocystidia. This species currently has no available sequence data.
