Abstract: Annotatsiya. Maqolada kadrlar malakasini oshirish va qayta tayyorlash ta’lim turida bugungi kunda foydalanilayotgan ta’lim me’yoriy-huquqiy hujjatlaridagi mavjud muammolar tadqiqot obyekti sifatida о‘rganilib, ushbu muammolarni bartaraf etish usullari ishlab chiqilgan. The article discusses the existing problems in the legal acts in the field of training and retraining of personnel as a subject of research and develops ways to overcome these problems.
