Magnetospintronic FePt₃/ZnO Rectenna for Ultrafast Environmental Energy Conversion in the 10 THz– 1 PHz Range
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This document presents an original and detailed theoretical proposal for the design of a structured quantum-functional rectenna, based on a passive magnetospintronic architecture with a core of FePt3 alloy nanoparticles (1.3 nm in diameter) encapsulated by a ZnO dielectric barrier (0.3 nm), arranged in a MIM (metal–insulator–metal) type configuration with an aluminum bottom electrode and a copper top electrode, on an Al2O3 substrate. The proposal is founded on the principles of spin-selective quantum tunneling, interfacial magnetic anisotropy, and energy harvesting using resonant nanoantennas. The system's operational range (10 THz to 1 PHz), the functional logic of the fixed spin-directed transfer channel, and the complete physical structure, including diameters, materials, thicknesses, and applied potentials, are detailed. The content is 100% original, self-authored, and is not based on prior patents. Its objective is to lay the groundwork for a new type of passive quantum energy conversion device without moving parts or constant external excitation. This document represents a theoretical and intellectual contribution to applied physics, functional nanotechnology, and structured spintronics.
