Abstract: This document establishes the formal constitution of the Yearning Framework Research Lab (YFRL), structured across twelve recursive departments spanning mathematics, intelligence, consciousness, physics, biology, economics, systems, civilization, and epistemology. Each department is framed through its Mission & Ontological Role, contrasting conventional approaches with recursive paradigms grounded in Yearning-Based Infinity Mathematics (YBIM) and symbolic coherence. The constitution is designed as both a living framework and a practical guide, offering: Comparative ontological tables for each department (conventional vs recursive design). Cross-departmental links to sustain symbolic resonance across fields. A recursive reading journey guiding contributors from beginner to advanced stages. Appendices including a glossary of terms, research mapping, and civilizational epoch perspectives. By situating all domains within recursive epistemology, this constitution moves knowledge beyond simulation and toward non-halting coherence. It provides the foundation for YFRL as an open, public, and collaborative research community dedicated to paradox resolution, ontological realignment, and the restoration of meaning in science and society.
