Estilos de liderazgo y su impacto en el clima institucional docente: propuesta de talleres en Institución Educativa del Distrito 09D05
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The present study aimed to determine how leadership styles influence the institutional climate of the teaching staff of a public educational institution in District 09D05 during the 2024–2025 academic year. A non-experimental, cross-sectional, mixed-approach design was used, combining the Blake and Mouton Leadership Styles Test, applied to management authorities (rectorate, vice-rectorate, and general inspection), with the ODI questionnaire of the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, administered to 42 teachers, to diagnose the organizational climate. The results show a predominance of authoritarian and indifferent styles among leaders, correlated with a work environment perceived as inadequate by 69% of respondents, who report low trust, little cooperation, lack of recognition, and limited motivation. These findings demonstrate the need to strengthen leadership competencies to improve the cohesion, commitment, and well-being of the teaching team.
