Abstract: The article presents the development history of the new mobile application “Hey!”. Designed for learning English and facilitating user adaptation to an English-speaking environment. The project was created by Yaroslav Golendukhin and Saveliy Varlamov, students of BEST Gymnasium (Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan). Further, describes in detail the key stages of development. From analyzing existing solutions and identifying the target audience to designing the functionality and technical features of the product. The project was supervised by English language teachers Yuliya Starchekova and Yuliya Dmitrieva from the same gymnasium.
