Abstract: Аннотация: Mazkur maqolada kitob - insonning ijtimoiy faolligi va intellektual yetukligida tarbiya darvozasi, ziynatxona maskani ekanligi, tarixda kitob orqali ilmning chо‘qqisiga chiqqan mutaffakirlarlarning tarix zarvaraqlarida abadiy bо‘lishlari bilan chambarchas bog‘liqligi haqida ularning bugungi yoshlarimiz tarbiyasidagi о‘rni va zamonaviy jamiyatdagi ahamiyati haqida sо‘z boradi. Shuningdek, kitobxonaning «tarbiyaviy beshik» sifatidagi rolini ilmiy va ijtimoiy nuqtai nazardan tahlil qilingan. Калит сўзлар: китоб, мутаффакир, маърифат, илм, тарих, ахлоq, тафаккур. Abstract: This article investigates the role of the book as a catalyst for human social activity and intellectual development, emphasizing its significance as a conduit for education and a source of enlightenment. It underscores the historical impact of books on the intellectual legacy of thinkers who achieved scientific prominence, highlighting the inextricable link between literary engagement and scholarly achievement. The analysis extends to the contemporary relevance of books in the education of modern youth and their societal importance. Furthermore, the study examines the function of the library as a "cradle of education" from both scientific and sociological perspectives.
