Online Education and Strategies
Year: 2025
Type: conference-paper
Abstract: This paper examines the growing role of online education in modern academic and professional contexts. The study highlights the benefits of e-learning, including accessibility, flexibility, and inclusivity, while also addressing the main challenges such as learner isolation, digital inequality, and quality assurance. Furthermore, the paper proposes effective strategies—such as blended learning, interactive course design, collaborative tools, personalized learning, and teacher training—to enhance the effectiveness of online education. The findings suggest that while technology plays a vital role, the success of online learning depends largely on human-centered approaches that promote engagement, inclusivity, and learner autonomy.
