The Ontological Calibration Theory: A Topo-Holographic Mechanism for Quantum Actualization and Photon Genesis

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This paper introduces the Ontological Calibration Theory (OCT),a novel framework that resolves the quantum measurement problemby providing an ontological mechanism for wavefunction collapse. Weposit that the transition from quantum potentiality to classical actu-ality is not a mere observational artifact but a fundamental physicalprocess—a spontaneous symmetry breaking event we term OntologicalCalibration. This process is governed by the topological dynamics ofa pre-spacetime manifold and results in the holographic projection ofinformation into our 4D spacetime. The emission of a photon duringa quantum transition is presented as the prime empirical signatureof this calibration. We derive a precise mathematical formalism froman 11-dimensional supergravity basis, compactified on a G2-holonomymanifold, showing that the photon energy is determined by its topo-logical invariants. The theory not only recovers the standard quantummechanical predictions but also makes novel, testable predictions be-yond the Standard Model, establishing a profound link between com-binatorial mathematics, topology, and fundamental physics
