Abstract: Annotasiyа. Ilmiy maqolada axborotlashgan jamiyatning rivojlanishi sharoitida kutubxona-axborot muassalarining mazmun moxiyatini anglab yetish, ular xizmatning hozirgacha kutubxonachi va uning foydalanuvchilari о‘rtasidagi bevosita muloqot о‘rnatilishini nazarda tutishi, turli axborot texnologiyalari inson shaxsiyatini asta-sekin chetga surib borayotgan bir sharoitda muloqotning muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi, yuzma-yuz muloqot, virtual muloqot xamda ularning о‘ziga xos xususiyatlari yoritib berilgan.
