Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: User story showcasing a real-world researcher's experience with data sharing and reuse in the Zenodo repository. This user story highlights the contributions of Rogan A. Grant and the Chandel Lab at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. They developed the NUPulmonary/utils repository to facilitate multi-omics data analysis in pulmonary research within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. The repository offers curated R scripts and pipelines designed for single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics, and immune profiling. Zenodo GREI User Stories are supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Data Science Strategy/Office of the NIH Director pursuant to OTA-21-009, “Generalist Repository Ecosystem Initiative (GREI)” through through Other Transactions Agreement (OTA) Number 1OT2DB000013.
