Abstract: Speocharis longicornis Salgado, 1989 Speocharis longicornis Salgado, 1989: 127; figs. 4–6. Current accepted name Quaestus longicornis (Salgado, 1989): Fresneda et al., 2024: 489. Type locality Cueva de los Pandanes [original citation: “Cueva de los Pandanes ... en Soto de Agues (Asturias)”]. Type material Paratypes: MZB 78-2211, MZB 78-2212 (5 ♂♂, 5 ♀♀), type loc., 27-IX-1984, J. M. Salgado leg. Remarks Type series consisting of 292 ♂♂ and 327 ♀♀ from three cavities in Asturias (Salgado, 1989). Types deposited in other collections (Salgado, 1989; Fresneda & Salgado, 2016): ♂ holotype and ♀ allotype in the CZULE; paratypes in BMNHL, CZULE, FLC and MNHNP.
