Abstract: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Ground Processing Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) supports the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) Ground Enterprise Study to explore and assess enterprise architecture alternatives. With the overarching goal to scale economically and ingest and process a large volume of data, this initiative brings innovative technologies that can offer NOAA efficient, cost-effective approaches to ground processing.
