Abstract: In this activity, participants will be participating in the Stump Your Partner activity and Write Pair Share activity on a challenging question pertaining to leadership. Then they will watch a video and finally do a one-sentence summary. In the next phase the participants will participate in a team-based learning to search for articles pertaining to leadership and then apply the IMRAD Tool and CRAP test to evaluate the article. Next they will open PL and move to breakout rooms to complete a small project. This way each participant will take a leadership role and everyone will attain leadership experience & give feedback to each other. Finally participants will return to the main room to share their experiences. This worksheet is divided into pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation phases. This worksheet will be used by educators to implement team based learning. During team-based learning the participants will take different leadership roles and complete the tasks. During the pre-implementation phase the participants will be engaged in individual, peer-to-peer learning and video based learning. During the implementation phase, participants will be engaged in team-based learning and with Project Leadership (PL). During the post-implementation phase, participants will be engaged in the presentation of leadership experiences and finally a reflection.
