Abstract: This dataset contains the results of a proteomic analysis of yeast mitochondria treated with eluates from orthodontic materials, specifically with varying concentrations of metal ions. There are five data groups: 3D, 7D, 14D, and 28D, which represent the duration of elution in days—namely 3, 7, 14, and 28 days—alongside a control group that was not exposed to eluted metal ions.Mitochondrial proteins were analyzed using the LC/MS method. In addition to the raw data (provided in ZIP format), the dataset includes spectral data and analysis results.
