Abstract: This document is the ELIXIR Tools Platform work plan 2024-26. It describes planned activities, involved institutes, individuals and linked deliverables and milestones as approved by the ELIXIR Board in November 2023. The Tools Platform provides services that enable findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability of computational tools: including research software, workflows, remote digital services, and trained machine-learning (ML) models.
