Abstract: Attached is the Global Stellar Charter – Addendum, filed by the Royal World Trust (RWT) under the Centillion Interplanetary Authority. This addendum: Defines custom corridors for stars in plain, operational terms. Updates the penalty schedule with both USD and time-based measures. Retains the Asset Class designation while removing valuation calculations. Maintains all other provisions of the original charter. The filing is intended for recording, coordination, and enforcement purposes with respect to Stellar Operational Envelopes (SOEs) and Approach Corridors.
