Abstract: The evolution of mobile infrastructure in Brazil, from the 3G era to the implementation of 5G, represented oneof the most complex logistical and technical challenges for the telecommunications sector. While major carriersare recognized by end users, specialized contractors played an essential yet often invisible role in enabling thisdigital revolution. This paper analyzes the contributions of subcontracted companies in the adaptation ofantennas, equipment installation, and technical documentation, focusing on the entrepreneurial trajectory ofbusinessman Hélio Nogueira.
